Erin on Flexing Your Week (Step 4)

Episode 13

On this Episode of Fulfillment Equation

Once you’ve built your equation and put it into a daily practice (as covered in previous steps), you’ll need to know how to flex your week. By “flex”, I mean the act of being flexible – not the act of bragging as the word is sometimes used by a younger crowd! This episode covers Step 4 of the Unique Equation process by describing how to master the balance between discipline and agility throughout the week.

As mentioned in Step 3, while the equation itself is important, what is even more crucial is the practice that you build around the equation.  Part of that practice is understanding how to adjust the clusters in your equation mid-flight during the week so that you end the week feeling fulfilled. In this episode, we’ll cover the power of zooming out and how exactly to flex your week. We’ll also learn how flexing can help support your ability to say no to things and firmly keep you in charge of your time.

This episode is chock full of tips and tricks for developing the weekly practices that will help you live each day to the fullest.

(Note: Listeners will want to check out Step 1 (Brainstorming and Organizing Your Word Cloud) , Step 2 (Building Your Equation) and Step 3 (Putting Your Equation Into Practice) before listening to this episode).

“It’s this ability to find overall balance in the week that helps to support the ability to find that same balance on any given day.”
