Episode 10

On this Episode of Fulfillment Equation

In this week’s episode with Chris Herbert (entrepreneur, professional marketer, former squash pro and expert community builder), we uncover the importance of connection and conversation, and how fundamental they are to our needs as humans. As Chris says, community is in our DNA! We talk about building relationships, what it means to be part of a community and finding moments of joy in shared experiences. We also dig into how technology can help or hinder community building. Overall, Chris breaks down how to foster networks by describing how “frequency builds familiarity, familiarity builds trust”, and why community is such an important factor for fulfillment.
